My Story
In 1984, I was hit head-on at highway speeds by a drunk driver. He had an alcohol level of almost point 3. His estimated speed was 80mph. I never saw him coming. I suffered numerous broken bones, a concussion, cuts/bruises, etc., but, remarkably, no serious internal injuries. I spent two months in bed and a wheelchair, and had two years of 9 surgeries, rehabs, and crutches (and another surgery later in life). Every single day is a reminder. But God is good!
My Heroes
Apostle Paul More to come...
What I've learned so far
* God provides everything that is needed to overcome. * Life is fleeting, can end in an instant. * This life can be painful, uncertain. As a believer in Jesus Christ, I have the hope of eternal life without tears, pain, or suffering. * Suffering is relative. People have suffered far more more, far longer than I have--and still have overcome. * Being active and healthy is a tremendous blessing, one not to take for granted. * Set your goals high...go for it!
