I am a Christian woman. Part time house wife, part time home health nurse. I enjoy studying nutrition, cooking, reading. And I love to run.

My Story

I started running last spring. After a couple months I really fell in love with it. I thought I was being careful and not doing too much too fast but I ended up with fractures in both knees. I have been waiting 3 months to heal and have 1 more to go. I cannot wait to run again!!!!! But I am afraid of hurting myself and having to sit out again. I have to find away not to reinjure myself.

My mom. She is 60 years old and she got me started running.

What I've learned so far

I never thought I could love a sport until I started running. And I have never been more determined in my life as I am now. I will run again.
