John Grimes is a Senior Executive with 25+ years experience as a Business Strategist leveraging expansive knowledge in Business Development, Client/Vendor Relations, Policy/Procedure Formulation, Negotiation and Client needs Assessment. Ideally suited to fast pace growth companies, Mr. Grimes has spent two decades orchestrating the expansion of corporations dedicated to Information Technology, Energy, Commercial Construction and Public Sector Markets.

Mr. Grimes is a Partner and Past President of ARC, a privately held Information Technology Solutions Company providing, hardware/software, Professional Services and Staffing dedicated to the Texas Public Sector. Prior to ARC, John served as Vice President of Operations for a National Commercial Construction Company and Director of Market Expansion for an Energy related Corporation. Pervious to these ventures, John was the founder and CEO of GSP Inc. a Regional Resource Development Firm.

Mr. Grimes has a Bachelor of Science Degree from McMurry University and is regularly asked to speak to groups relating to Information Technology, Strategic Business Development and Non-Profit Board Excellence. Mr. Grimes serves the Information Technology community on several IT advisory boards including those of major manufactures, the Texas Association of State Systems for Computing and Communications (TASSCC) and was a founding member of the Texas Department of Information Resources (DIR) HUB Advisory Board. Mr. Grimes also serves the non-profit community donating his time, resources and experience, currently sitting on the board of Greenlights for Non-Profit Success and the University Medical Center Brackenridge Development Council.
